Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying different areas of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
More documentation released as part of the continuing congressional release.
